THE SUMMER SCHOOL

ENROL FOR SUMMER SCHOOL

THE ALL CITY BASKETBALL SUMMER SCHOOLS WILL RETURN ONCE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED

All City Basketball has a unique take on the traditional summer basketball camp experience.

The All City Basketball Summer School will run for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week with two weeks to choose from.

Each summer school day is split into “classes” all covering essential basketball skill activities.

These activities will be either a technical, tactical or physical topic and each afternoon is with a full contact scrimmage session.

Each class is 50 minutes long and athletes can book an individual class, 1 full day or for a whole week.

At the end of the week there is an awards presentation after the group scrimmage game.

Topics Covered

Over the course of a full week classes will cover the following topics:
  • Functional Strength and Conditioning (FS&C)
  • Applied Speed & Quickness (AS&Q)
  • The 300 Club (T3C)
  • Scoring Off A Dribble (SOAD)
  • Ball Handing (BH)
  • Creating Space With & Without A Dribble (CSWAD)
  • Passing Under Pressure (PUP)
  • Individual & Team Defence (I&TD)
  • Summer School Scrimmage (SSS)
Every student athlete who enrols for a full week will receive either a pair of shorts and vest OR a pair of shorts and t-shirt.
If only booking per day there will be an extra cost for apparel.

A new addition this year will be a personal student handbook so each player can show their club coach what drills they have done and record their progress over the week.
